New breeding values – April 2019
Please find the top lists of the OHG genomically tested bulls as well as the OHG daughter proven bulls – for the first time with official breeding values for several important health traits. Besides 38.000 genotyped, daughter proven bulls also 100.000 genotyped, proven cows are implemented now in the German reference population (details). We are also very glad about the top rankings in several countries with bulls like ADLON P (ISU 216 in France), ROYCE (NVI 387 in the Netherlands), FELIX (NTM 35 in Scandinavia), SUPREM (ICO 4793 in Spain), but also about NOBEL-RED, ANDY-RED & PERCEY-RED. For the Red Holstein breed also the two highest German Red Factor sires for conformation, ESSEX RDC and BG RADAMES RDC, should be very attractive.
Sexed semen
Sexed female semen is actually available of the following OHG top bulls: SUPREM (A2/A2), ESSEX RDC (A2/A2), GYPSY (A2/A2), NOBEL-RED (A2/A2). Next sexed ADLON P (A2/A2) semen is coming soon.

OHG Livestock Auction Sales
The next livestock sales will be held on the 24th April and 22nd May at Halle Gartlage in Osnabrueck (Germany). 300 fresh calved, high quality pedigree heifers will be offered for the German and European market (catalogue). To organize the exportation of fresh calved or pregnant heifers it will be beneficial to contact OHG early in advance.
