The 56th Annual Dairy Heifer Contest for youth grades 6-12 will be held during the Richmond Black and White Days in Richmond, Utah. The application is now available and all entries are due May 3. This year’s application includes questions about A2 milk and milk protein. There are many exciting prizes available, including the donated heifer:
