Budjon Farms Presents their “Be a Rockstar” Summer Mentorship Program

Budjon FarmsBudjon is putting a new spin on their Summer internship program for 2021.

THE BUDJON “BE A ROCKSTAR” SUMMER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM”
So your asking yourself…How is this different from doing a summer internship?
Currently our Internship Includes:
  • Three month duration (May-August)
  •  Housing provided on the farm
  • Hourly wage with adequate time off
  • Team environment
You will learn a lot about working with high profile show cattle-how to prepare them for shows-how to work in a team environment-how a grass roots show farm makes a sustainable living

We are NOW making this more of a mentor ship program with the following twists:
  • You may bring one of your own show cow or show heifer to the farm as part of the program (you pay all expenses to truck her to and from farm). Boarding will be FREE OF CHARGE for the summer
  • OR if you are interested in purchasing a show individual from us for 2021-you will receive her at a discounted price & house her free of charge for the summer
  • You will be able to work with Tom & Kelli on her management, set reasonable goals for her summer/fall show career and show her as a junior in whichever show desired.
  • You will have full access to QnA sit down meetings with Tom on details regarding caring for Show Animals and getting them to the finish line.
We want to MENTOR that one special person who has that fire in their belly for showing and take it to another level in order for them to BECOME A ROCKSTAR & enhance their current set of skills.
Message or contact Kelli ([email protected]) for more details on the mentorship program & and a detailed job description regarding the position. **This program being offered to US youth only.
