Herd Information
Sunny Vale Farm began at its current location in Cowichan Bay, on Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia, in 1964! Over the years they have developed a solid herd of Registered Holsteins, selecting first for type and second for production. In 2008, they were thrilled to receive their first Master Breeder Shield from Holstein Canada! They have continued to follow the same breeding strategy that has proven successful in their herd.
They exhibit animals at 3 shows per year (BC Spring Show, Vancouver Island Holstein Show and BC Fall Harvest Show), and consign some of their best genetics to several sales in BC.
