Franchise at the West Sale 2020 Averages $5,600!

The Franchise Goes West took place on Friday, September 4th, 2020 at the Tillamook Co. Fairgrounds in Tillamook, OR in conjunction with the Western National Jersey Show to be held the next day.
The sale lineup featured a mix of outstanding show prospects, deep-pedigreed females from famous families, and individuals with high genomic potential. At the end of the day, 40 lots averaged $5,600 with cattle being sold to buyers from coast-to-coast.
High sellers:
Lot 3 – $24,000 – River Valley HH VIP Misguided, a VIP junior 2-year-old that won her class at the Ohio Summer Show. Out of an EX-92% Chrome, then an EX Response, her 3rd dam is EX-95% Pine Haven SSM Marmie, the 2011 National Grand Champion and the Grand Champion of the International Jersey Show in 2011.

Lot 25 – $15,500 – Ehrhardt Nuance Swirl, a flashy fall calf that was 1st fall calf & Reserve Junior Champion at The Jersey Show. Hailing from the prolific Snow family that has produced countless show winners, Swirl has eight VG & EX dams, with her fourth dam being Bri-Lin Rens Sofie EX-90, the Jersey Canada Cow of the Year in 2012.
