Canadian National Holstein Convention Sale 2019 averages $5,100!

The Canadian National Holstein Convention Sale 2019 took place on April 25th in Charlottetown, PEI, in conjunction with the National Holstein Convention hosted by the Atlantic Holstein club. The sale averaged $5,100 on 65 live and choice lots Sale highlights and prices listed below.

Sale Prices


Lot 1 – $25,000 – Weeksdale Uno Rythm, a 4-year-old Uno daughter fresh again in February that sold with 5 Denver eggs. Her EX-92-3E-CAN Goldwyn dam was HM Grand Champion at the Atlantic Championship Show in 2012, then four more VG & EX dams.

Lot 28 – $22,200 – Vinber Durbin Army, a VG-86 junior 3-year-old out of a VG-86 Doorman dam, then seven VG & EX dams from the Smithden Goldwyn Alexandra family.

Lot 73 – $16,200 – Winright Goldwyn Karamel, the winner of the fall yearling class and Reserve Junior Champion at the 2019 Quebec Spring Show.

Lot 7C – $14,200 – 1st choice Sidekick from Idee Windbrook Lynzi EX-95, the All-Canadian whose daughter was All-Canadian Summer Yearling in 2018.

Lot 2 – $12,000 – Fleury Delta Elodie, a VG-86-CAN senior 2-year-old fresh in December and bred to Thunderstorm from the Wabash-Way Evett family.

Lot 21 – $10,200 – Woodmansees Harris Jora, VG-88 4-year-old due in July to Dempsey.

Lot 5 – $10,200 – Choice of Undenied daughters out of Brabantdale Jacoby Albania – all over +4.37T and highest at +4.60T. Same family as Atmosphere and Angle at ABS.

Lot 53 – $10,000 – Crasdale Uppercut Blossom, a junior 2-year-old fresh in February from the same family as WDE Supreme Champion, Rosiers Blexy Goldwyn EX-96

Lot 8C – $9,200 – 1st choice MAS out of Mapleley Goldwyn Julia VG-89, the All-Canadian and All-American Senior 3-Year-Old in 2018.

Lot 17 – $8,200 – Weeksdale Sid Vegas, a just fresh senior 2-year-old out of Weeksdale Abs0lute Vodka VG-89, then EX-94-2E-CAN show winner and EX-93-5E-CAN Goldwyn dams.

Lot 36 – $8,000 – Knonaudale Door Aggie, an intermediate calf for 2019 from a GP-84 2-year-old Archrival dam, then a VG-88 Uno daughter of EX-96 Apple-Red.

Lot 6C – $8,000 – 1st choice of three Thunderstorms from Jacobs Jordan Carmel EX-93-CAN, the All-Canadian 5-Year-Old in 2018.

Lot 3 – $7,400 – Blondin Avalanche Sasha *RC, a recently fresh junior 2-year-old out of a VG-89 Rampage dam from the Supra cow family. Her March, 2019 Unix daughter brought $5,800.

Lot 7 – $7,000 – Boulet Goldwyn Celebration, a summer yearling for the 2019 shows out of an EX-93-3E Sanchez, then 11 more VG & EX dams.

Lot 9C – $7,000 – Choice of King Docs due 12/19 out of Midas-Touch Jedi Jangle VG-89, the Reserve All-Canadian Junior 2-Year-Old in 2018.

Lot 4 – $6,300 – Brabantdale Sidekick Amazon, a 6/18 A2/A2 Sidekick at +4.14T from three VG-CAN dams, then RC-LC Goldwyn ATM EX-92 6*
