This Junior yearling I have chosen for Junior Champion is a beautiful dairy heifer with a great deal of width throughout and sits up on her pasterns. Reserve and HMention were close with the Summer Yearling using her cleanliness of throat and over the rump along with her more correct foot angle to place over the first place Intermediate Yearling.

The thing about these shows it is one persons opinion, may not always agree but have alot of respect for people who stand out here and evaluate the cattle and everyone appreciates the hard work that goes into getting these cows ready. I have pulled out three cows, my first place 5 year old and pair of age cows. My 5 year old has a tremendous udder on and it is always interesting to see the difference in capacity from 5 years to age cows. This 5 year old has a wonderful tail setting, quality cleanliness and feminity you have to admire. Both age cows have tremendous udders, quality and balance and my grand champions for the day will be my pair of age cows with the 5 year old for Honorable Mention.
