ELIGIBILITY RULES AND SUBMISSION PROCESS
1. Age requirements : 12 – 21 years old
2. If under 18 years of age, a parent’s signature required
3. Must be a resident of the United States, Canada or EU to enter
4. Embryos are not eligible to be resold to a third party
5. Cost of the IVF Session and shipment of embryos in the US will be covered by Redcarpet Holsteins
6. If winner if located outside of the US, shipping is responsibility of winner
7. All costs of embryo transfers are the responsibility of the winners of the give away
8. Multiple family members may apply
9. Entries are due by 12/1/18
10. Winners will be announced at the end of December 2018
