Vente Blondin & Partners Sale 2016

The Vente Blondin & Partners 2016 was held September 8th at Ferme Blondin in St-Placide, QC. The sale averaged $6,813 on 123 Lots.

Top seller of the day at $117,000 was Lot 5 Walkerbrae Doorman Locket VG89-91MS. Locket is an 11th generation VG or EX from the Roxy family. She was fresh in June and ready for the Junior 3 Year Old class, after finishing 7th in the Junior 2 Year Old Class at World Dairy Expo in 2015. She was purchased by Tim & Sharyn Abbot, VT and Ferme Blondin, QC.

Second high seller at $20,500 was Lot 1, Val-Bisson Shottle Imelda EX91. Imelda is the dam of both Doorman & Integral. Imelda is a Shottle from a VG88 Goldwyn followed by an EX93-2E Talent.

Third high seller at $20,400 was Lot 4 Jeanlu Stanleycut Alexis VG89-3YR-Max. Alexis is a Stanley Cup from a VG87 Casino daughter of Ms Kingstead Chief Adeen EX94-2E-DOM

Bringing $18,000, Lot 127 was the fourth high seller. Garay Goldwyn Lexus VG88. Lexus is a 4 Year Old Goldwyn from an EX91-2E Champion, followed by 10 more generations of EX & VG dams from the Ravenwell Lydia family.

The fifth high seller at $16,000 was Lot 9 Blondin Avalanche Sparkles. Sparkles is a June 2016 Avalanche froma VG89-3YR Acme daughter of Blondin Destry Sally EX93, 2014 Royal R&W Champion, followed by 8 more generations of EX & VG dams.

Rounding out the top six high sellers is Lot 47, Blondin High Octane Courtney, selling for $15,000. Courtney is a January 2016 +3191GPA-LPI +18 Conformation High Octane from a VG85 Numero Uno daughter of Pine-Shelter Claire Wood-ET VG87, from the Pine-Shelter Cheyenne EX95-3E family.
