The Crown Jewel II was held Saturday May 23, 2015 in Frederick, MD. Managed by MD-Hillbrook, the sale averaged $6417 on 119 live lots.

Top seller for the dale was Lot 16 at $42,300. Richman Atwood Shasta R1142 VG86-2YR is an Atwood Senior 3 Year Old for 2015. Shasta was the winning Senior 2 Year Old at the 2014 Mid-East Summer National. She was fresh in January, and is from a VG87 Goldwyn with 11 more generations of EX and VG dams, including Ocean-View Lindy Sheen EX94-GMD-DOM, nominated All-American four times in milking form Consigned by Triple-T, Heath & Cummings, OH, Shasta was the purchase of Milkyway Dairy and Alex Hanten. MN.

Capturing the second high seller spot was Lot 73, Butlerview Doorman Class-ET, selling for $34,000. A March 2014 Doorman from Silvermaple Damion Camomile EX95, 2x All-American & All-Canadian, Class is a full sister to Butlerview Door Camilla-ET, Junior Champion at the 2015 Western National
Class was consigned by the Iager Brothers, MD and purchased by Jordan & Whitney Ebert, WI.

Third high seller of the day was Lot 115, bringing $23,500. Ladies-First SS Blessing is a +2518GTPI Supersire Junior 2 Year Old, fresh in March. Blessing is believed to be the #5 Protein & the #10GTPI cow in the breed. She is from aVG85 Observer x VG85 Shottle from the Baler Twine family. She was consigned by Barbara Mountain & Ladies First Holsteins, MD and purchased by Dr. Tom Mecuro, MD.
