16th Street SE is CLOSED from the Apache Mall to the Fairgrounds. Make sure you take the DETOUR of Exit 54A and take Highway 14 EAST (the North side of the Mall, past Clements car dealership) then right onto South Broadway/Highway 63 South to the Fairgrounds.
