The Maine Event Tag Sale 2017 took place March 10th and 11th and wrapped up with an average for $5,375 on Jersey sales and $4,475 on Holsteins sales.

The top seller was Lot 1J, River Valley Hiredgun Spice 1521-ET, selling for $12,500. She is a Hired Gun Senior 2 Year Old, due in June to River Valley Minister Elvis. She is a daughter of South Mountain Voltage Spice EX95, followed by an EX92 Deluxe. She was consigned by River Valley Farm, IL.

The top selling Holstein was Lot 1, Ms Brit Crush Boutique-ET, selling for $9,700. She is a December Maverick Crush from an EX91-2E full sister to Butz-Butler Gold Barbara EX95-2E 3x Unanimous All-American. She was consigned by St Jacobs ABC & Mark St Pierre, VT.
