The International Guernsey Classic Sale 2016 took place Tuesday evening October 4th during the World Dairy Expo in Madison, WI. The sale was managed by Guernsey Marketing Service and had an unofficial average of $2,400 on 22 lots.
The top seller in the sale was Lot 1 at $6,100, Springhill A Pie Jasper-ETV, an April 2016 American Pie daughter of Dix-Lee Tiller Joke EX93, the 2006 All-American Junior 2 Year Old and 2009 Reserve All-American 5 Year Old. She was consigned by Springhill Farm, OH and purchased by Jade Jensen & Jake Kruschke, WI.
Second high seller was Lot 30, bringing $5,400. Milk Jugs Spider Cutie Pie was the winning Fall Yearling and was named the Reserve Junior Champion of both the open & junior shows in the International Guernsey Show.
