Wendon Holsteins, owned by the Chalack Family, is located in Red Deer County, Alberta. They milk 65 cows in a Lely robot facility and farm 900 acres of dry hay and barley. Wendon is a 2X Master Breeder herd and was the 9th recipient of the Robert “Whitie” McKown Master Breeder award in 2017. They strive to breed high type, deep pedigreed cows & cow families. Wendon Holsteins regularly participates at shows across Canada, and at World Dairy Expo and the Royal Winter Fair. They have received multiple Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor banners and bred the 2016 World Dairy Expo Reserve Grand Champion, Wendon Dempsey Prude EX-95.
