West Gen Seeks Client Solutions Lead

Are you looking for a challenging new role in the dairy cattle genetics industry?
As WestGen’s Client Solutions Lead you will be responsible for championing our suite of genetic software solutions services and the non-semen product portfolio. This is a sales role with a challenge to lead the generation and delivery of sales and marketing initiatives, revenue growth and new client prospecting strategies as well as liaising with customers directly.

As the Client Solutions Lead you will be a key resource for the genetic consultant sales team, providing technical assistance on non-semen products and software solutions. You will lead their training, assisting them in on-farm situations with trouble shooting and genetic planning, with a goal of delivering exceptional customer service standards and sales accountability.

As the Client Solutions Lead you possess excellent communications skills and preferably a post-secondary degree or diploma. You are a team player, self-motivated, structured and exhibit good attention to detail.
