American Cheese Society 2017 Awards

The American Cheese Society recently held their 2017 annual competition. Judges tasted their way through more than 2000 entries from 4 countries, 36 states and 4 providences.

Wisconsin led the way with 119 1st, 2nd or 3rd place awards while California came in second with 51. Winners include Cabot Creamery Cooperative, Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, LLC, Ludwig Farmstead Creamery, Swiss Valley, Tillamook County Creamery Association and Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company.
