Oh to be 21!  Master Breeders Announced.

Brantford, ON  January 8, 2009—Twenty-one Holstein breeders received fantastic news yesterday when they discovered they were one of the new Master Breeders announced by Holstein Canada.  With four herds from western Canada, nine from Ontario, six from Québec and two from Atlantic Canada, the new recipients once again reflect the incredible quality of Holstein herds across the country.  Two-thirds (14) of the new recipients are first-time shield winners.

Master Breeder is a highly-respected honour that recognizes a consistent ability to breed the complete cow-one that produces large amounts of quality milk with exceptional, functional

conformation and longevity.
